01 What we are
Narrow on purpose.
We are not a staffing arrangement and we do not resell anybody else's platform. Clients bring us in to think about the problem and then to make the thing, which are hard to hand between two suppliers without something getting dropped in the middle.
The company earns its money doing this work for clients under written agreements. That is the whole business.
02 How we operate
Four things we hold to.

Work is written down
Scope, deliverables, dates, fees, who owns what is made, and what support continues afterwards. Nothing substantive begins on a handshake.

Whoever scoped it stays on it
No handover from somebody who agreed the work to somebody you have not met.

Notes come with the job
How it was put together and why, and enough walkthrough that your own people are not stranded. Not a separate line item.

Scope only grows in writing
This protects both sides from the slow drift that is the most common reason a project runs long.
